The state of Mississippi stated that Jabil, a multinational supplier of engineering, supply chain, and manufacturing solutions, will establish 2,200 jobs in Marshall County.
In order to assist clients in the data center infrastructure industry, the company is remodeling a 1.5 million-square-foot building. A corporate investment of over $119 million is represented by the new production plant.
Jabil will also receive economic incentives from the state of Mississippi.
Marshall County Supervisor George Zinn III said, “There once was a time when there were a shortage of jobs, but now the county and the economic development side has really bloomed, and there are many jobs that are available.”
