A couple has been charged with criminal conspiracy to commit first-degree murder in an alleged murder-for-hire scheme by a Dyer County Grand Jury.
Already incarcerated in the Dyer County Jail on a rape charge, Joseph Inman faces allegations of plotting with his girlfriend, Lori Pevahouse, to have his rape victim murdered.
