Olive Branch, MS resident Joyce McCrory received much-needed peace and quiet after a Memphis wildlife removal company removed a record 23 raccoons from her home.
“They were having a party in my attic. I could hear furniture moving around. I could hear scraping between the walls, and it was just constant. All the time,” McCrory stated.
Said fur bandits caused significant damage to the inside and outside of McCrory’s home, as there were at least five holes along the roofline, one in the soffit that was dug out to enter the house, as well as damage to multiple foundation vents.
And despite their misdeeds, McCrory’s raccoons will be released at Wildlife Management areas in Tennessee, on tracts of land that range from 40 to 400 acres.
