FedEx plans to expand its Memphis Hub by an additional 500,000 square feet.
According to the company, the facility would have a total area of more than 500,000 square feet.and will be a freight canopy instead of a traditional building.
FedEx is reporting the increase will boost the handling of international volume and improve operational efficiency.
The construction is set to be finished in the summer of 2028.
