Midtown’s lone historic mansion on Union Avenue is up for sale once again.
According to Laura Trezevant of Trezevant Commercial Brokerage, who is representing the sellers, the former Nineteenth Century Club, which has been home to Tekila Mexican Steakhouse for the past few years, will be listed on Monday.
The three-story 1909 landmark is being sold for $3.8 million. The property has a large unfinished basement, two bars, and a commercial kitchen.
Originally constructed as a residence for lumberman Rowland J. Darnell, the building subsequently functioned as the headquarters of the Nineteenth Century Club, a charitable organization for women that sold the house in 2013.
