The Mid-South is seeing an increasing Buc-ee’s presence as Arkansas is set to open its state’s first location in Benton on August 17th, bringing with it an estimated 300 jobs.
Work is also underway in The Natural State for another location in West Memphis, but it is not scheduled to open until 2028.
In the meantime, here in Tennessee, a store is slated to open in Murfreesboro in the Fall, while the Buc-ee’s in Gallaway in Fayette County will be opening in 2027.
At the moment, there are currently 56 active Buc-ee’s locations across 13 states, but the Beaver has ambitions to keep expanding his reach.
