On Tuesday night, the Memphis Grizzlies made their two first-round picks in the 2026 NBA draft.
The Grizzlies owned the third, sixteenth, and thirty-second overall picks going into the draft.
The Grizzlies chose Cameron Boozer, a forward from Duke University, with the third pick after averaging 22 points and 10 rebounds at Duke University.
19-year-old Karim Lopez was chosen by the Grizzlies with the 21st choice in the NBA Draft. He is the second NBA draft pick to be born in Mexico, and the first Mexican-born player to be selected in the first round.
Five future second-round selections were also acquired by trading their sixteenth pick to move back in the draft to get Lopez.
