Despite the official closure of Oak Court Mall on Poplar Avenue, Dillard’s is still open for business.
In December 2023, a group of investors led by Josh Poag paid $14.25 million for Oak Court Mall. To make room for a new structure on the property, the remaining portion of the mall is being demolished.
A mixed-use development with shops and parks arranged along a central street is depicted in plans that were made public last year.
There is no official information on when the mall will be demolished.
