Memphis Police arrested a man in possession of more than 1,000 prescription medications.
58-year-old Davis Hamilton, a convicted felon, was taken into custody by police on Thursday, in possession of alprazolam, dextroamphetamine, oxycodone, methadone, hydrocodone, oxycontin, and carisoprodol.
Hamilton was carrying the pills when he was arrested, according to police, who also claim that he distributed the drugs throughout Memphis.
When officers arrested Hamilton, they also discovered a handgun, a Glock switch, marijuana, and money linked to recent narcotics sales.
