The Director of Content for the University of Alabama’s NIL initiative, “Yea Alabama,” was recently arrested in connection to a major human trafficking sting in Shelby County, Alabama.
49 year old Robert Aaron Suttles was alleged to have paid $100 for sexual activity, leading him to be arrested along with 15 other men during an operation conducted by the Shelby County Drug Enforcement Task Force.
And despite being released from jail after posting a $1,000 bond, a university spokesperson stated that Suttles has been suspended and will not be working for Yea Alabama while the legal process unfolds and an internal investigation takes place.
As such, the Yea Alabama website no longer lists Suttles on its staff page.
