Today, all Shelby County General Sessions Criminal and Municipal Courts will be closed due to flooding damage.
Since June 30th, the Criminal Justice Center at 201 Poplar has been undergoing repairs after a water main break, which prompted the Shelby County Health Department to close the building, as the loss of water service created sanitation concerns.
There is no timeline as of yet for when repairs will be completed.
