Almost two months after the Memphis-area store permanently closed, IKEA is selling its former Cordova warehouse.
After over ten years of operation, the IKEA store on IKEA Way off Germantown Parkway closed on May 3, leaving Tennessee without a physical IKEA store.
CBRE and The Shopping Center Group have put the 271,000-square-foot showroom and warehouse on 29 acres up for sale.
It also includes three sign plates and a 108-foot billboard along Interstate 40.
The Shelby County Assessor determined that the structure and property were worth $45.9 million.
