The administrative office stated on Monday that the Criminal Court Clerk’s office is closed due to water-related issues.
Divisions 7 through 15 of the criminal court will all be closed.
The office said they will send letters with the new court dates for General Sessions Criminal Court proceedings that were originally scheduled for Monday.
General Sessions Civil Courts are in session, and all other General Sessions Court Clerk’s Offices remain open.
It is still unclear what caused the issues or when they will reopen.
