The Satellite Music Hall, which sits at the corner of Autumn Ave and North Claybrook St in Midtown (across from the Crosstown parking garage), announced its first six shows in time for the venue’s opening in September.
“Music is something that has been ingrained in the fabric of Memphis for many, many years,” said Mayor Paul Young. “There are few cities that have more talent coming out of it than Memphis.”
The following is the lineup list:
- September 4 and 5: The Band Camino
- September 17: Valerie June
- September 26: Project Pat
- October 12: Modest Mouse with Caroline Rose
- October 27: Iron & Wine with Dug
- November 4: Prof with Norman Sann, Khantrast, and Willie Wonka
Tickets go on sale Friday at 10AM.
