According to Dyer, Lake County District Attorney Danny Goodman Jr., accused quadruple murderer and kidnapper Austin Drummond submitted a request to represent himself in court.
This follows Drummond’s lawyer, Bryan Huffman filing a motion to relocate the case in March.
Austin Robert Drummond, 28 at the time, is charged with four counts of First Degree Murder and multiple other charges after the bodies of James Wilson, Adrianna Williams, Cortney Rose, and 15-year-old Braydon Williams, were found along Carrington Road in Tiptonville.
His next court date is set for May 1.
