The third daycare worker facing charges for the death of an autistic girl has been released from jail after her bond was lowered.
This all follows the tragic death of six-year-old Winter Jones after being left on a hot bus and dying on August 13. Tametria Norry was the bus driver and has been charged with aggravated child neglect, criminally negligent homicide, and destruction of or tampering with governmental records.
She wasn’t the only person held responsible. Sabrina Powe and Amilya Hardin are also facing the same charges and have also been released on a $50,000 bond.
They are scheduled to return to court on October 30.
A civil lawsuit is also expected to be filed by the Baileys, the family of Winter Jones.
