Today, a third person was arrested in connection to the death of 6 year old Winter Jones on August 13th after she was left on a Cordova daycare bus.
Amilya Hardin, along with Sabrina Powe and Tametria Norry, is being charged with:
- Aggravated Child Neglect
- Criminally Negligent Homicide
- Destruction of and Tampering with Governmental Records
According to the District Attorney’s Office, Hardin was an assistant at Kid University where Jones died; Powe was the daycare’s assistant director; and Norry was the driver of the daycare’s van.
All three are being held on $100,000 bond and are set to appear in court on Wednesday for arraignment.
