A gang member arrested months ago in a drug bust is accused of driving over 100 mph during a chase with the Tennessee Highway Patrol.
25-year-old Quentin Burnside was charged with several offenses, including reckless driving, driving without a license, and escaping arrest with a vehicle.
THP noticed a blue SUV traveling at 64 mph in a 45 mph zone on Winchester Road back on May 14.
The SUV turned off its headlights and raced down Winchester following an attempted traffic stop.
After that, he entered a residential neighborhood, drove through a house’s front yard, struck a curb, blew out both front tires, and fled on foot.
Burnside showed up in court on Wednesday with a $200,000 bond.
