An online listing confirmed that Ja Morant’s seven-bedroom Eads house is for sale.
The asking price for the 13,000-square-foot house on nearly 6.5 acres is $3.5 million. It was listed on Zillow on Thursday night.
Shortly after agreeing to a $200 million contract with the Grizzlies in 2022, Morant bought the property from former colleague Kyle Anderson for $3.05 million.
Due to a sprained elbow, the star point guard for the Grizzlies will miss the remainder of this season. He was also in several trade rumors back in February, but was not moved by the deadline.
His future in Memphis remains unclear, and his contract isn’t set to expire until 2028.
