The suspect responsible for robbing a 7-year-old at gunpoint for $10 nearby a South Memphis park is wanted by the police.
The child was robbed while walking with his friends from Riverview Community Park on Kansas Street, according to the police.
The victim claimed that the unidentified suspect put him on the ground, pointed a gun at him, stole his two $5 dollar bills from his right pocket, and then fled.
The victim also claimed that the suspect wearing black pants and a black jacket also stole his friend’s money.
Neither of the children were injured in the robbery. ‘
