According to county records, an administrator at Germantown High School was accused of driving while intoxicated on Saturday in DeSoto County.
Around 1:50 a.m., 48-year-old Damion Longino was arrested and later released. He was accused of driving while intoxicated, driving carelessly, failing to provide evidence of insurance, failing to signal, having expired or no tags, and making an incorrect turn.
Longino works as an assistant principle at Germantown High School, according to the school’s website and his LinkedIn profile.
He was released on recognizance for the other charges after posting a $750 bond for the DUI offense.
His court appearance is set for April 6.
