xAI, the AI company launched by Elon Musk that owns several data centers in the Memphis area, delivered 500 generators Monday to Tippah County, Mississippi.
The Nashville area also received an additional 500 generators.
This all comes after a strong winter snowstorm severely damaged infrastructure and left many families without electricity in both areas.
Scott Simmons with the Mississippi Emergency Management Agency stated Tippah County will distribute those generators to their residents.
Poweroutage.us showed 56% of Tippah County electric customers were still without power Monday, more than a week after the storm.
