On Monday morning, Marshall County Sheriff’s Office announced the names of two victims in a fatal small plane crash in Mississippi.
They were identified as Jordan Hall, 17, of Olive Branch, and Wesley Bolden, 29, of Marshall County.
Around 5 p.m. on Sunday, their small aircraft crashed in a rural region east of the Holly Springs-Marshall County Airport, killing the two.
According to Marshall County Sheriff Kenny Dickerson, Bolden worked as a flight instructor at the airport.
On Monday afternoon, the NTSB is anticipated to arrive at the scene to start investigating the crash’s cause.
When the aircraft crashed in the south end of the airport, east of the runway, it’s unclear if it was trying to land.
