In the midst of a government effort to combat crime in Memphis, Attorney General Pam Bondi, Secretary of War Pete Hegseth, and White House Deputy Chief of Staff Stephen Miller arrived in Memphis on Wednesday afternoon.
Around 4:15 p.m., they spoke to law enforcement personnel in a city operations center, stating that their purpose was to ensure the protection of the magnificent city of Memphis.
“Our mission here is very simple. Zero tolerance for crime in the city of Memphis,” Miller said. “We are going to bulldoze the criminal elements in this city, and therefore liberate the law-abiding citizens.”
