On Tuesday, the sale of over 1,100 acres of property for the planned Google complex in West Memphis was formally completed.
Just south of Bolinger Road, Google intends to construct its new facility. It will be an AI data center, like xAI in Memphis and Southaven, according to West Memphis Mayor Marco McClendon.
The mayor did note one distinction, though: there won’t be any turbines at the Google facility in West Memphis.
