CRIME | Sheriff Bonner wouldn’t recommend calling for the National Guard

Shelby County Sheriff Floyd Bonner called in to speak with Ditch & Tim during Memphis Morning News and was asked what he would recommend the Mayor do if offered the assistance of the National Guard.  Sheriff Bonner also shared numbers on department staffing and where he thinks a new jail could be built.
