The Rich Road Bridge has undergone a thorough reconstruction after being closed for over three years owing to structural safety issues.
The ribbon-cutting event was held at 10:30 a.m. on Friday.
In order to commemorate the milestone and emphasize the significance of the bridge to the West Memphis neighborhood, Mayor Marco McClendon will attend the ceremony.
It is anticipated that the reopening of the Rich Road Bridge will enhance traffic flow and give cars a safer and more effective path.
