According to the WWE, Terry “Hulk Hogan” Bollea passed away on Thursday. He was 71 years old.
Hogan was treated by fire and rescue personnel after being taken to a nearby hospital, where he was declared dead, following a call for a cardiac arrest at his Florida residence, according to the Clearwater Fire and Police Departments.
He was a main attraction during the inaugural WrestleMania in 1985 and continued to be so for many years.
In 2005, he was inducted into the WWE Hall of Fame after winning at six WWE titles.
