A Southaven site that was once a power station has been acquired by Elon Musk’s xAI.
The property was acquired by MZT Tech from the former Duke Energy location at 2875 Stanton Road. According to property records, MZT Tech’s office facility is located in Palo Alto, California, which is also the address of xAI.
Public records did not disclose the acquisition price.
The Southaven property is close to Tulane Road, where xAI is building a second Colossus supercomputer a few miles north in Memphis.
