Protesters supporting Palestine took to the I40 Bridge across the Mississippi River and forced traffic jams on both the Tennessee and Arkansas sides. The Saturday afternoon pro Palestine demonstration was organized and planned on the weekend that the “Old Bridge” or I55 Bridge was scheduled to be closed, forcing all traffic to use the I40 Bridge. There are about 100 people with Palestine flags and signs on the bridge causing trucks, cars and possibly emergency vehicles no passage.
