During an altercation on Sunday night at J. Alexander’s restaurant in the Wolfchase area, a man drew a firearm on a customer.
Two individuals are being searched by the MPD after they allegedly threatened and physically attacked customers of the restaurant on North Germantown Parkway on Mother’s Day.
MPD said the fight started when the victim’s daughter’s ex-boyfriend came up to her at the restaurant with a gun at his side.
The male suspect allegedly pointed the gun at a man’s stomach, while a female suspect struck a woman in the face as she tried to break up the altercation.
At one point, a restaurant worker raced around the restaurant, warning everyone to hide under their tables for noticing the firearm.
The two suspects reportedly drove off in a purple Lexus SUV with temporary Tennessee license plates.
