One man was killed and four others were injured in a mass shooting that occurred late Sunday night at a Mexican restaurant in Parkway Village.
It occurred at Las Islas Marias on Perkins Road and Cottonwood Road, according to Memphis Police.
Shortly before 10 p.m. on Sunday, a call was received about a shooting.
Investigators eventually discovered that the shooting was caused by a disturbance that occurred inside the restaurant.
When officers got there, they discovered four men who had been shot.
Three men were reportedly in critical condition when they were taken to Regional One Health, while the fourth man was expected to be okay. A fifth man was pronounced dead at the scene.
