Since 1926, the Michelin Tire Company has been awarding stars to the most prestigious eateries, and several Memphis restaurants have recently received this high honor.
Among those inducted include:
- Bao Toan Kitchen and Bar in the Crosstown Concourse, which serves up Vietnamese food and a lasting family legacy.
- Hog and Hominy in East Memphis, which serves up Southern-influenced Italian cooking.
- Fawn in Cooper-Young, which is a tapas-esque, farm-to-table eating experience.
Bao Toan commented on social media about this latest achievement, stating, “Less than two years after opening our doors, we’re the first Vietnamese restaurant in Tennessee to receive this recognition. None of this would be possible without our hardworking staff, our family, and most of all our community.”
