U.S. Marshals confirmed a murder suspect responsible for the death of a 15-year-old Millington girl has finally been found on the other side of the world.
23-year-old Seth Walls was found in Ljubljana, Slovenia after missing for three years. Four years ago on September 11, Haley Reedy was found shot to death in Millington which resulted in an investigation and an eventual arrest warrant for Wells.
Wells was charged with second-degree murder and reckless endangerment with a deadly weapon.
Interpol confirmed Wells’ fingerprints since he was using an alias in Slovenia. He’s currently in custody and waiting to be extradited back to the United States.
“This fugitive investigation spanned three years and overseas to Europe, but the U.S. Marshals Service never stopped hunting Seth Walls,” said Tyreece Miller, U.S. Marshal for the Western District of Tennessee. “We are glad to utilize the skills of our Investigators and coordinate with local, federal, and international law enforcement partners to hold him accountable to the justice system and the victim’s family.”
