Tennessee Secretary of State, Tre Hargett called Ditch & Tim during Memphis Morning News to give some information about the upcoming election items on the ballot. There will be three Constitutional Amendments that voters need to educate themselves on. Bail denial, banning state wide property tax and Marsy’s Law (victim’s rights)
