This week featured the opening of Satellite Music Hall in Crosstown, establishing a renowned venue for Memphis music’s future.
The Band Camino will perform on Thursday and Friday at the new music venue, which is located in the Crosstown district near the intersection of Autumn Avenue and North Claybrook Street.
A variety of local and national artists, such as Chance the Rapper, Valerie June, Project Pat, Judah & the Lion, Modest Mouse, Iron & Wine, and Prof will be featured in their opening calender.
The innovative 35,000-square-foot venue will accommodate 1,300 people and hold 100 events a year.
