Hernandez Govan returned to court on Friday after being found not guilty in the notorious murder case of Memphis rapper Young Dolph.
The 46-year-old is facing new charges in connection to allegations that he threatened an ex- girlfriend.
Govan was taken into custody on Thursday and was charged with two misdemeanors: harassment and stalking.
Police were informed by Govan’s ex-girlfriend that he threatened to post sexual videos of his ex on social media and made phone calls and texts threatening to have someone shoot up her house.
The arraignment on Friday ended just a few minutes.
Judge Greg Gilbert set a $4,000 bond and ordered him to stay away from the victim.
