The sentencing hearing for a woman convicted of murdering a pastor in Memphis in 2019 took place this morning.
For the shooting death of pastor Brodes Perry at his Collierville residence ,a jury found 46-year-old Latoshia Daniels guilty of second-degree murder and reckless endangerment.
The reckless endangerment charge comes from her also injuring Perry’s wife, Tabitha, during the attack.
Jurors returned a verdict in just hours following a four-day trial.
She faces a sentence of 15 to 25 years for second-degree murder and up to four years for reckless endangerment.
