A former Memphis police officer has been indicted on multiple charges after after being accused of fondling a 15-year-old girl who was riding in his patrol car in 2024.
Aly Bah was indicted on two charges of sexual battery by an authority figure and one count of official oppression by a Shelby County grand jury.
MPD claimed that on November 1, 2025, Bah answered a call about a minor who had ran away. After locating the girl, he brought her home.
Bah allegedly switched off his body-worn camera while in the police car, had the girl vow not to tell anybody about their conversation, and then talked to her about sex.
Bah posted his $50,000 bail on Friday, according to the Shelby County Jail.
