According to Collierville Police on Friday, another student from St. George’s Independent School has come forward with a sexual assault complaint, after three Olive Branch residents have been charged in relation to the original report.
According to police, the second victim reported a sexual assault that allegedly occurred on September 12. The second report is being investigated now by Collierville Police.
They stated that the two alleged assaults seem to be connected to the same unidentified suspect.
Collierville Police also said four search warrants were executed this week in connection to the previous sexual assault investigation, two in Shelby County and two in Olive Branch.
This new information comes just as the school confirmed Head of School Luke Pruett will return to work Monday, as the school completes an internal investigation.
“I can share that the independent review of the school’s policies, procedures and protocols with a focus on the safety and security of the school’s campuses is complete. Based on the findings, the determination is that Luke Pruett will be returning from leave on Monday,” a school spokesperson said Friday.
