A number of charges are still pending against the man who crashed into KIPP Memphis Collegiate High School last Tuesday.
Cameron Taylor Ross, 35, faces nine charges, including reckless endangerment, reckless driving, and evading arrest by vehicle.
A THP trooper reported to have seen Ross driving a Cadillac without wearing a seatbelt.
When the trooper attempted to initiate a traffic stop, Ross accelerated his speed and a pursuit ensued.
After driving recklessly and running a red light, Ross lost control of his vehicle and collided with a sign before crashing into a building on the high school campus.
Ross is scheduled to appear in court next week, and his bond is set at $40,000.
