Shelby County Clerk Wanda Halbert said that county clerk systems were down Monday morning throughout Tennessee.
Just before 8:30 a.m., Halbert announced the news on Facebook, calling it a “awkward way to start a work week.”
She did not say when the systems would get back to normal but would notify the public when it is.
No other details were released.
