On Thursday morning, Austin Drummond, the man charged of murdering a family of four in West Tennessee, was arraigned during an online court hearing.
Since Drummond does not currently have legal representation, the judge entered a not guilty plea on Drummond’s behalf while he was in court.
Drummond will remain in custody without bond. Additionally, the state says it plans to pursue the death penalty.
Drummond was on the run starting on July 29, when the bodies of James Wilson, Adrianna Williams, Cortney Rose, and Braydon Williams, were found along Carrington Road in Tiptonville.
Four charges of First Degree Murder, one count of Aggravated Kidnapping, four counts of Felon in Possession of a Firearm, and one case of Possession of a Firearm During the Commission of a Dangerous Felony were all brought against Drummond in a warrant.
