According to his family, a student-athlete from Bolton High School passed away after collapsing during football practice earlier this month.
16-year-old Joshua Henderson arrived at Le Bonheur Children’s Hospital on July 7. According to his parents, he passed out during football practice due to the extreme heat.
Joshua passed away on Saturday, according to the update that his parents and aunt sent to the GoFundMe page on Sunday.
His GoFundme, which by Sunday afternoon had garnered $3,450, was transferring to cover burial and funeral costs.
