A man and a woman were taken into custody and charged with driving under the influence at the scene of a crash on Memphis’ I 240 that claimed the life of a biker.
Gary White, a veteran Memphis firefighter, was confirmed as the motorcyclist.
According to court filings, the two individuals charged were Marcia Davis, 46, and Fabian Sanchez, 33. Both have been charged of driving while intoxicated.
Davis is also accused of reckless endangerment and corpse abuse.
According to court filings, Davis ran over White’s body while driving through the scene of the collision.
