Immigration and Customs Enforcement officers visited the home of an undocumented father on Tuesday morning, and the arrest was captured on camera.
The family is now arguing that their rights under the Fourth Amendment, which shields people from arbitrary searches and seizures, were infringed.

Four ICE officials arrived at the Bartlett residence shortly before he was leaving for work, according to one of the father’s sons, and the entire arrest was captured on camera.
He claimed that although the ICE officers had identification, they did not have a warrant. He also said his father has been in the country for 20 years and has never committed a crime or been in jail.
According to reports, the father will be moved to a Louisiana correctional facility.
