After a delivery man was shot inside an American Deli on Thursday afternoon, an 18-year-old is now in jail.
Malik Wills was charged with using a firearm while committing a dangerous felony and criminal attempt second-degree murder.
Officers report that they arrived at the American Deli on Lamar Avenue, shortly after noon, where they discovered a man victim who had been shot three times.
According to authorities, a man was observed approaching from behind the victim as he picked up a Door Dash order
The suspect allegedly pulled out his firearm and fired ten shots at the victim
Later that day, investigators say Malik Wills turned himself in to police and admitted to shooting the suspect.
