Another surplus auction has been announced by a company that has been contracted by Memphis Shelby County School District. Items listed in the surplus auction include pallets of dishwashers, driers, beauty salon equipment, zero turn mowers, industrial kitchen equipment, office furniture and much more.
The auction is live through May 8th and questions are being asked about why the school district was in possession of dishwashers, driers, zero turn mowers and classic cars. Some of the equipment could be for vo-tech classes while use of pallets of dishwashers are unknown. More importantly, why is much of this equipment brand new?
