A man from Covington, Tennessee, was arrested Thursday after an investigation into terroristic threats.
Davidson County has two outstanding warrants for 32-year-old Aireiz Macklin. The two charges are Violation of an Order of Protection and Theft of Services Under $1,000.
Detectives from the Nashville Metro Police Department notified the Covington Police Department on April 11 that they were looking into a terrorist threat made by a Covington man.
Macklin was arrested by Nashville Police on April 17, for threatening to damage the Davidson County Courthouse and harm the Davidson County Criminal Court Clerk.
While awaiting extradition to Nashville, Macklin is presently being detained in the Tipton County Jail.
