According to police, a man was arrested Tuesday morning for allegedly stealing and damaging packages from the back of a USPS truck in the Highland Heights neighborhood.
While attempting to deliver mail, a USPS mail carrier reported to the police that an unknown person entered the back of the truck and began to damage and take items.
21-year-old Zeyad Elhoufy, was arrested and charged with auto theft. He is being detained in jail on a $7,500 bond and his court appearance is set for Thursday morning.
